Services on offer
Each student at ACG Schools is assigned a tutor to supervise their study and provide individual guidance. As part of the learning support, student and tutor meet regularly to reflect on progress, celebrate success and overcome any challenges. Students are encouraged to develop good study habits and benefit from personalised support, to ensure they reach their goals.
If your child is enrolled in an ACG Schools, you will be kept informed about their learning progress through our parent portal, myACG. This is a website and community portal, where parents and caregivers can find a range of information about programmes, schedules and events. It also helps parents stay up-to-date with their child’s progress.
A unique login and password allows access into a secure site for personal information including accommodation details, daily timetables, attendance records and assessment results.
View academic reports, check coverage and expiry dates of medical and travel insurance policies, and access student visa permit numbers and expiry dates.
Upon arrival, a thorough orientation programme helps international students to settle in. As part of orientation, students are given an information handbook that includes homestay and accommodation guidelines.
